Interested in selling your own home and saving the Realtor commission???   That's a healthy 6% or so and well worth trying to hang on to.

Realtors do offer professional services and they must be licensed in your state to practice there.   I'm not going to get involved in dealings between you and buyers...  thata is a regulated practice and I respect that boundary.

If you need professional advice seek the appropriate professional...   Legal counsel requires an Attorney.  Financial counsel requires a professional such as your banker or a licensed financial adviser.   I have several financial planners whom I can recommend, or ask your trusted friends for their recommendations.
